EverSpring Inn & Suites

Really liked this place! Very nice outdoor patio spaces and clean rooms. Breakfast was a little better than typical hotel food. I liked all the natural and environmental elements. Walk to downtown attractions is doable but a bit far. Our room had a nice view. Only complaint is that the pool and hot tub area smelled of very strong chlorine to the point we couldn’t breathe in the pool room. No one was using it and we would have if we could breathe without coughing. We mentioned it to staff and were advised an exhaust fan was not working.

We travel a lot as a family with kids and stay in lots of hotels. This hotel stood out above others because of many reasons but here are a few: The room was very clean, phenomenal water pressure, breakfast had a very nice assortment and there were personal touches like a can of whip cream for waffles and fruit topping. We had to run down and almost missed breakfast with 5 minutes to spare. The staff didn’t rush us and even gave an invitation to get more food before they cleaned up. We also were approached by a staff member and my kids were given polished rocks from South Dakota. Staff also went out of the way to make our baby smile. Excellent customer service. Would stay there again!

We called and got the last room during the large power outage in the Black Hills. Connor held the room until we could arrive and he was very friendly and understanding of our situation. The room was very clean and comfortable and all staff were amazing! The breakfast was delicious as well. This is a great place to stay! Thank you Connor for being there for us!!

All of the staff were very friendly and one asked if we needed help carrying our luggage in. They were proactive in monitoring and refilling the food in the breakfast area, and in other ways that they met ours and other customers’ needs. Great location, right in Hill City, within easy walking distance of downtown shops including coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, etc. Price point and availability at this time of the year, fit our travel plans perfectly. Will stay there again on our next trip to the Hill City!

From the minute we walked through the doors we were greeted with such much warmth and hospitality. The grounds are well kept with a great fire pit in the back and a covered porch off of the dining room. The room was very clean and the beds very comfy. Coffee was always hot and good along with a good breakfast selection. If there was a poll for best desk clerk, hands down it would be Connor. He was awesome!!! Sorry I don’t remember the managers name but she was great also. Her staff is a great reflection of her hard work and personality. Thank you Evergreen!!!

We were so blessed to have a wonderful and safe place to stay during the power outage. They gave the locals without power a special discount and no extra for having our kitty stay with us one night. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff were all extremely helpful. We are so appreciative and grateful to you.

We loved staying at this hotel. Great location to all attractions, pet friendly hotel(rooms didn't smell like animals either), breakfast was good. Also rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. There were a few down falls to our stay. The water pressure was not very good. Also not much places for your pets to go potty on the grass.

Great place to stay! Staff was very friendly. Conner went above and beyond to help us get into a room right away when we had an issue with a previous hotel, he was very understanding and helpful! The room was very clean, which is a must for us! The Breakfast bar the only thing disappointing is I wish had a little bit more on it, but over all this is a great place to stay and will be back! Thank you for everything!

My New “Home Hotel” I couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating stay. The hospitality was unbelievable—genuinely kind, warm, and above and beyond. They even cooked me breakfast, which made me feel more like a guest in someone’s home than a traveler in a hotel. This will absolutely be my home hotel every time I travel. Grateful for such an amazing experience. PS bring a swimsuit!!!

Connor at the front desk is a extremely professional. I liked his personality. He was extremely nice, funny and just made me feel like I was at the right place to stay. Especially after have been driving all day and had trouble finding a good hotel in the area. When we come to hill city, we'll be staying here again. Connor is a good guy to have on team .Attitude was just welcoming. Most definitely!!!!
